- Now shatter them over a tissue paper as shown below. Put another tissue paper over it so that the excess oil gets absorbed..
- Now sprinkle some cornflour over it (abou 2 tbsp). Combine them well so that it gets coated with the fries, very well. Now keep these half-fried coated potatoes inside a tiffin box and keep it inside the freezer for half an hour..
- After half an hour, remove them. Now heat some oil for deep-frying (same oil). But this time the oil should be completely hot. Once the oil gets hot put the half-fried coated potatoes into the oil and fry them on medium flame for 7 to 8 mins until they turn crisp and golden..
- Now remove them over a strainer. Donot remove them over a tissue paper or else it would get mushy. Repeat the same with the rest of the batches. Then sprinkle some table salt over it & gently flip them. You can serve them as it is with some ketchup or dips or with any burger of your choice, as a side dish..
